Arcadius, 383-408. Solidus (Gold, 20 mm, 4.25 g, 12 h), Constantinopolis, 388-392. D N ARCADIVS P F AVG Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Arcadius to right. Rev. CONCORDIA AVGGG Δ / CONOB Constantinopolis seated facing, head turned to right, placing her right foot on prow, holding scepter in her right hand and placing her left on shield resting on small column and inscribed VOT / V / MVL / X. Depeyrot 48/3. RIC 70c.2 var. (rosette-diademed). Somewhat clipped and with light scratches, otherwise, good very fine.
